Covo coffee is an amazing little coffee shop serving superb V60 coffee as well as Siphon and Aeropress coffee. Something I always admire in a coffee shop is their selection of brew methods. But if you’re looking for a more traditional coffee they’ve got all the ol’ faithful espresso drinks everyone loves.

Cavo Coffee, 2617 Bissonnet, opened softly last week. This is the second location from co-owners Michael and Diane Caplan. Michael Caplan, a former nightclub owner of Houston spots like Grasshopper and Uropa, was a founding partner in Siphon Coffee in 2014 before moving on to open the first Cavo Coffee at 3773 Richmond in Greenway Plaza.

Houston's Coffee Scent is Booming! Upper Kirby caffeine destination Cavo Coffee is opening a second location at 2132 Bissonnet Street, within a newly revamped co-working space called Local Office, reports Swamplot.
