COVID 19 Continuing Updates

5/2/20 UPDATE:

Patios have now been open for guests to enjoy with furniture arranged safely apart.  We have extended our hours until 4 pm daily at both locations.

Pop-up drive-thru curbside is available Monday-Friday at our Greenway location until further notice.

4/23/20 UPDATE:

Greenway Plaza location REOPENS: Monday-Friday 7am-2pm and Saturday-Sunday 8am-2pm.

POPUP Curbside, to-go orders via Ritual Ap or Postmates Delivery service. Menu will be baked goods, breakfast tacos and new lunch tacos.

3/30/20 UPDATE:

West U hours: Monday-Friday 7am-2pm and Saturday-Sunday 8am-2pm.

Curbside and to-go orders you may call us directly at 346-319-4092 or you may also use the Ritual ap for to-go orders and Postmates Delivery for delivery service.

3/22/20 UPDATE:

Our Richmond location will be closed until further notice. Please visit our West U location, located near the corner of Bissonnet and Kirby for all of your coffee and food needs. Open from 7am-3pm M-F & 8am-3pm Sat & Sun.

3/16/20 UPDATE: 

Due to Harris County restrictions, both Cavo locations will be closing early at 2pm and only be offering curbside and to-go orders for the next 15 days. Please call either location to place your order and or use the Ritual ap if applies. We will be offering delivery service soon. Please stay tuned.

To our valued customers,

Cavo Coffee management and staff are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact in the Greater Houston area. Our top priority is the safety and peace of mind of our customers and staff. With that in mind, we are instituting the following guidelines and suggestions. Should any revisions to the current policies be deemed necessary, we will update you - our coffee family, via our website, Facebook and Instagram.

  • Cavo is maintaining a rigorous sanitization program and adhering to strict hygiene policies for how we handle both food and drink.

  • Our cleaning schedules are being increased and expanded for all of our facilities and common areas.

We are asking the following of our customers, for the time being:

  • Please allow us to use our sanitized cups and containers. We will not be filling personal reusable cups for the time being. Refills will be offered in new cups for your enjoyment.​

  • Please use our dish tubs for used cups and plates, and please dispose of napkins yourself in our trash cans.

  • We also use the Ritual app, so feel free to place an order online and come by for your coffee to be ready and waiting! Also, we have plenty of retail coffee available from Cleo Roasting Co!

  • We offer contactless forms of payment for added security and suggest cashless forms of payment.

  • IF YOU FEEL UNWELL or show symptoms, please do not visit until you feel 100% awesome again. We want you healthy and we will be here when you are here next time.
